Virago comes from Latin virago, "a man-like woman, a female
warrior, a heroine" from vir, "a man."
Is there a word like 'virago' for men? I'd like to know.

Elizabeth Cady Stanton said it. And insisted on the vote for all women regardless of color, social status...even until the end.
